    Robert and Carol DePaolo will celebrate 60 years of marriage this Sunday.

    The celebration will be a family dinner at the home of their daughter, Dee and her husband Carl DePew, with their other children also present: Bob DePaolo and his wife Gail, Barb and her husband Tim Henna, and Toni and her husband Jeff Mefford.
    The DePaolos also have 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

    Logan Maddox weighed 8 pounds, 12 ounces, and was 21 inches long.
    Grandparents are Dave and Sue Westemeier of Effingham, and Dennis and Debbie Sandschafer of Effingham.
    Great-grandparents are Ron and Nancy Westemeier of Effingham, Glenda Hamblin of Vandalia, and Oka Mae Dasenbrock of Effingham.

    Great-grandparents are Ed and Lela Themig of Vandalia, Cotton and Judy Wehrle of Vandalia, and Dorothy Trippel of Cincinnati, Ohio.

    Scott and Jennifer Sporleder are the parents of triplets born on Monday, Sept. 2, 2013, at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis, Mo.
    Leighton Dean was born at 12:16 p.m., weighed 4 pounds and 8 ounces, and was 19 inches long.
    Tanner Scott was born at 12:17 p.m., weighed 4 pounds and 7 ounces, and was 18½ inches long.
    Lillian Kay was born at 12:18 p.m., was 3 pounds and 3 ounces, and was 17 inches long.
