  • Still some time to submit family histories for book

The Fayette County Genealogical and Historical Society (FCGHS) has received word there is still a little time to get family stories into the Fayette County History & Families book due out this year.
The normal publication time frame is two years from onset to “off the press,” but the publisher, Acclaim Press, has said its goal is to have the book ready by the end of the year.
That means the FCGHS needs to have all histories and pictures very soon.
Also, book orders at the pre-publication price have to be in before the book goes to press.
