Brittany Williams of St. Elmo and Eric Harrison of Shafter have announced their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The future bride is the daughter of John and Stephanie Williams of St. Elmo.
She has a high school diploma and is going to college to be an X-ray technician.
She is working as a caregiver in Vandalia.
The future groom is the son of David and Christina Harrison of Shafter.
He has attended Greenville College and has earned his EMT certification.
He is working at Sherwin Williams in Effingham.
The couple are planning a 3 p.m. wedding on April 27 at St. Elmo Christian Church. A reception will follow at the Vandalia Moose Lodge.
