Wedding

Cassie Easton and Jeff Huffman were united in marriage on Oct. 22, 2011, in the Huffman family barn.

The bride is the daughter of Kenny Easton and Lori Easton, both of Patoka. Maternal grandparents are Kenneth and Martha Easton of Vernon, and Richard Murfin of Vernon is her great-grandfather.
Chastity Garrison served as maid of honor, and Kayla Voss served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Jill Vosholler, Casey Logan, Angie O’Brien and Misty Cain, cousin of the bride. All are friends of the couple.
The groom is the son of the late Larry Huffman, and Bill and Janie Walker of Patoka. Joan Quick of Patoka is his maternal grandmother.
Joe Huffman, brother of the groom, and Jack Hardin, friend of the couple, served as best men. Groomsmen were Ethan Easton, brother of the bride, and John Baczewski, Tommy Hartsoe and Wayne Hesson, all friends of the couple.
Jayla Copple, niece of the groom, was a junior bridesmaid, and Justin Copple, nephew of the groom, was the ringbearer.
Keighley Duff, cousin of the bride, was flower girl, and Tyler Huffman, nephew of the groom, announced the arrival of the bride.
Kevin Cain, Jonathan Feather and Dustin Carbaugh, all cousins of the bride and friends of the couple, served as ushers.
Shelby Chandler, cousin of the bride, attended the guest book, and programs were handed out by Jacob Walker and Nicolas Walker, grandsons of Bill and Janie Walker.
Drew Baldridge sang, “Makin’ Plans,” “Look at You, Girl,” “God Gave Me You” and “Wagon Wheel.”
The bride wore an ivory A-line satin halter gown that was adorned by sequins, pearls and rhinestones. She wore a birdcage-style veil with a feather and flower clip that she received from her bridesmaids.
She chose fall colors of burnt orange, crimson red, chocolate brown and creamed ivory. Her bouquet had roses and hydrangeas, and was designed and created by bridesmaid Jill Vosholler.
Guests attending the wedding were surrounded by memorabilia from family and friends in a rustic country setting.
A driftwood archway designed by the bride’s grandfather, father and uncle highlighted the barn decór.
