DUQUOIN - Vandalia was led by a double-double from senior Chase Woolsey and seven different players had at least one assist to lead the Vandals to a 62-56 victory against Cairo in the second game of the DuQuoin Tip-Off Classic.
The Pilots cut Vandalia's lead to one in the second quarter, but the Vandals (2-1) finished off the first half on an 8-0 run, and continued scoring with regularity for the rest of the game.
