Vandalia Main Street officials will be assessing the organization? What do you think can be done to improve the organization?

main street

I would just like to say that main street looks great with the new street lights...however, I was very dissapointed to see that the city tree went up
at the courthouse this year.. Since I have moved to the Vandalia area in 1989 I enjoyed looking at the tree at the top of the street... But this year it would have been exceptionally beautiful with the new street lights...I hope that next year that is where the tree will be.
