Uphold-Crain

Kendra Rochelle Uphold of Kinmundy and Wade Lee Crain of Farina have announced their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The future bride is the daughter of Alan and Connie Uphold of Kinmundy, and the granddaughter of John and Norma Weidner of Noble, and Virgil and Rosalyn Uphold of Kinmundy.
She is a 2007 graduate of South Central High School and a 2010 graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in business.
She is employed as a program technician at the USDA Farm Service Agency in Louisville.
The future groom is the son of Lynnette and the late Ronnie Crain of Farina, and the grandson of Charles and Shirley Brauer of St. Peter, and Merle and Sandy Crain of Edgewood.
He is a 2007 graduate of South Central High School and a 2011 graduate of Missouri Valley College with a bachelor’s degree in social studies education.
He is employed as a union finisher and substitute teacher, and works on the family ranch, C-Bar Rodeo.
The couple are planning an Oct. 12 wedding at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in St. Peter.
