A group effort by area law enforcement officers has led to the arrest of two individuals on methamphetamine charges.
According to Vandalia Police Chief Larry Eason, the VPD and Fayette County Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation on the possible manufacture of methamphetamine in Vandalia.
The investigation led to the execution of a search warrant at the home of Amy Miller, 31, 1319 W. Edwards St., and the arrest of Miller and Charles Roberts, 30, 422 S. Sixth St., Vandalia.
