A former candidate for state’s attorney in Fayette County will be unable to practice law for close to half a year, according to the state agency regulating professional licenses.
Daniel F. Goggin of Greenville was included in list of Illinois lawyers who were disciplined by the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission.
The ARDC reported that Goggin’s license is being suspended for five months, effective Oct. 16.
