Educational Foundation Info
The current directors of the St. Elmo Educational Foundation encourage the public to attend its annual meeting.
They would like to see a more active membership and would ask that residents help them to continue to be able to provide scholarships for the students of St. Elmo CUSD #202.
The foundation currently is providing two $500 scholarships per year, but would like to increase that with more scholarships with a higher dollar amount, and also by giving support to our schools through mini-grants for needed materials.
The meeting agenda: roll call, adopt agenda, approve minutes, treasurer’s report, election of directors, election of officers, discussion of fund raising activities and accomplishments, set date and time for next meeting, adjournment.
Membership dues are $20 per year for an individual member, $20 per year for a family member and $20 a year for a business member, and all contributions, including membership fees are tax-deductible.
Checks are to be made out to the St. Elmo Educational Foundation and mailed to the foundation at P.O. Box 82, St. Elmo, Ill. 62458.
