• The Fayette County Republican Committee will meet in the Fayette County Courthouse, probably in the large courtroom. At 6 p.m., the courthouse opens to sign in precinct committeemen as deputy registrars; at 6:30 p.m., there will be a drawing for ballot position for the general election; and at 7 p.m., the meeting will start. At the meeting, the chairman, vice chairman, secretary, treasurer and chairwoman will be elected.
