St. Elmo beat county rival Brownstown, 25-16, 25-22, to win its first regional championship since 2010 and end the Lady Bombers' program.
Brownstown will co-op at St. Elmo next season.
Seniors Savannah Feezel and Katie Stites led the attack, with sevenand six kills, respectively. Senior Megan Maxey added three aces, and senior Perry Manley had 17 assists for the Lady Eagles (27-9).
For Brownstown (12-19), Courtney Howard had four kills, and Tara Johnson had three aces.
The Lady Eagles advance to play Woodlawn at the Lebanon Sectional next Tuesday at 7 p.m.
