The Cougars improved to 19-5 (7-1 MTC) this season.
Sarah Kramer led the South Central with 16 points and 14 assists.
Emily Atwood had 13 kills, 10 points and two service aces. Katie Crain had 15 points and four service aces, and Kinzie Nelson had nine points and five service aces.
South Central's JV team won, 25-12, 25-11. The JV team is 10-1 this season.
