The South Central High School softball team surrendered two runs in the seventh inning of a 6-5 loss to Odin last Wednesday in the Odin Regional.
A victory would have secured the Lady Cougars a spot in the regional championship game.
Senior Alexis Phillips led the offense in the game, hitting a triple and driving home a pair of runs in her final high school game.
Senior Celeste Fox had a single and an RBI.
Kellie Crain had a pair of singles, and Oceana Whitt and Macie Cain each had one single.
