Sheriff’s Arrest Log-Oct. 14, 2010

• Paul H. Lape, 48, 419 S. Seventh St., Vandalia, was arrested on Oct. 11 on a charge of domestic battery. No bond information was listed on the arrest log.
• Christopher R. Webber, 35, 513 Cumberland Road, Brownstown, was arrested on Oct. 11 for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was $5,000.
• Jeffery R. Morecraft, 29, Mattoon, was arrested on Oct. 10 for failure to appear in court on a traffic charge. Bond was $3,500.
• Bo T. Blackwell, 18, 605 N. Rock Island Ave., Vandalia, was arrested on Oct. 10 on charges of illegal consumption/possession of alcohol and breach of peace. Bond was $1,000.
• Mary V. Steele, 53, 307 N. College St., Brownstown, was arrested on Oct. 9 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and failure to give information. Bond was $3,000.
• Aimee L. Maas, 20, 1410 W. Jefferson St., Vandalia, was arrested on Oct. 8 on a charge of illegal consumption of alcohol. Bond was $1,000.
• A 17-year-old youth was arrested on Oct. 8 on a charge of theft less than $300. The youth was released on a notice to appear in court.
• Stacey G. Harper, 43, Sumner, was arrested on Oct. 7 for failure to appear in court on a traffic charges. Bond was $5,000.
• Abderahman Y. Mohamed, 25, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on Oct. 7 on charges of driving while his license is suspended or revoked and speeding. Bond was $1,500.
• Joshua A. Bergman, 23, 203 W. Hollman, St. Peter, was arrested on Oct. 6 on misdemeanor and felony warrants. Bond was $3,500, and he was released on a personal recognizance bond.
• Terry L. Alsbury, 51, 629 S. Cherry St., Vandalia, was arrested on Oct. 5 for failure to appear in court on a charge of deceptive practices. Bond was $3,500.
• Betty R. Bradley, 30, 104 S. Locust St., Vandalia, was arrested on Oct. 5 for failure to appear in court on a charge of deceptive practices. Bond was $3,500.
• Thomas G. Niemeyer, 21, 414 W. Gallatin St., Apt. 3C, Vandalia, was arrested on Oct. 5 on charges of driving while his license is suspended or revoked and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was $1,500.
