Sheriff’s Arrest Log-Nov. 10, 2011

• A 15-year-old youth was arrested on Nov. 8 on charges of possession of drug equipment, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis. The youth was released on a notice to appear in court.
• Michael E. Tessman, 55, RR 2, Brownstown, turned himself in on Nov. 7 on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bond was $5,000.
• Rudy J. Hamilton, 34, Granite City, was arrested on Nov. 7 for failure to appear in court on a charge of theft up to $100,000. Bond was $10,000.
• Kelly A. Heinzmann, 30, RR 1, St. Peter, was arrested on Nov. 7 on a felony warrant. Bond was $15,000.
• Mike Beck, 43, 1314 N. Seventh St., Vandalia, was arrested on Nov. 7 on a small claims warrant. Bond was $250 cash.
• Gregory L. Carroll, 23, Oak Grove Trailer Park, Brownstown, was arrested on Nov. 6 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was $3,000.
• Christopher R. Hensley, 41, Madison, Ala., was arrested on Nov. 6 on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth precursors and possession of anhydrous ammonia. No bond amount was listed.
• Kimberly M. Peacock, 25, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on charges of driving while her license is suspended or revoked and failure to wear a seat belt. Bond was $1,500.
• Gerald M. Bullard, 31, 211 N. Kennedy Blvd., Apt. 209, Vandalia, was arrested on Nov. 6 for failure to appear in Coles County on a misdemeanor charge. Bond was $3,500.
• Ryan K. Borbely, 22, 221 N. Sixth St., Vandalia, was arrested on Nov. 6 on a charge of disorderly conduct. Bond was $1,000, and he was released at the order of the state’s attorney’s office.
• Leroy B. Longwell, 26, RR 2, Brownstown, was arrested on Nov. 6 on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on a notice to appear.
• Kaneka S. Willis, 36, Mableton, Ga., was arrested on Nov. 6 on a St. Louis County warrant. She was transferred to St. Louis County.
• Robert D. Kissiar, 26, 1603 Janett Ave., Vandalia, was arrested on Nov. 5 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of more than 2.5 grams of cannabis. Bond was $3,000.
• Joy E. Minor, 25, Indianapolis, Ind., was arrested on Nov. 5 on charges of driving while her license is suspended or revoked and failure to wear a seat belt. Bond was $1,500.
• Charles E. Chrisman, 38, RR 2, Vandalia, was arrested on Nov. 5 on charges of domestic battery and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was $5,000.
• Jonathan C. Rivera, 21, Excelsior Springs, Mo., was arrested on Nov. 5 on a charge of hitchhiking. Bond was $1,000.
• Tay A. Anders, 51, Pana, was arrested on Nov. 4 on charges of driving without a valid license, no valid registration and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was $1,500.
• Eddie D. Thomas, 26, Carbondale, was arrested on a charge of driving while his license is suspended or revoked and on a Jackson County warrant on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was $6,500.
• Wayne W. Rhodes, 20, 100 S. Pine St., St. Elmo, was arrested on Nov. 4 on a charge of driving while his license is suspended or revoked. He was released on a notice to appear in court.
• Joshua D. Rowlands, 35, Altamont, was arrested on Nov. 3 on a charge of telephone harassment. Bond was $1,000, and he was released at the order of the state’s attorney’s office.
• Robert J. Beckler, 41, Effingham, was arrested on Nov. 2 for failure to appear in court in Fayette and Effingham counties. Bond was $50,000.
• Zachary G. McFarland, 22, 312 N. Jefferson St., Ramsey, was arrested on Nov. 2 for failure to appear in court on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident. Bond was $2,000.
• Lemont G. Snoddy, 35, Richton Park, was arrested on Nov. 2 on charges of driving while his license is suspended or revoked and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was $1,500.
• Damon D. Devine, 22, Cahokia, was arrested on Nov. 2 on charges of driving while his license is suspended or revoked and speeding. Bond was $1,500.
• Jason A. Guerra, 32, Alton, was arrested on Nov. 2 on a St. Louis warrant for a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Bond was $25,000.
