• William R. Raleigh, 40, 1129 W. Randolph St., Vandalia, was arrested on May 1 on a charge of delivery of drugs or possession with the intent to deliver. Bond was $1,000.
• Jeffrey A. Beck, 38, 700 S. Thompson St., Ramsey, was arrested on May 1 for failure to appear in Vermillion County court. Bond was $826 cash.
• Michael T. Whitten, 40, RR 3, Vandalia, was arrested on May 1 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage. Bond was $3,000.
