• Shawn D. Loy, 35, Effingham, was arrested on March 1 on an alleged violation order of protection. No bond amount was listed.
• Charles M. Durbin, 39, 1501 N. Seventh St., Vandalia, was arrested on March 1 on an alleged violation of an order of protection. He was released on an order from the state’s attorney’s office.
• Kyle W. Starnes, 23, RR 1, St. Peter, was arrested on Feb. 28 on a charge of disorderly conduct. Bond was $1,000.
