• Steven C. Conner, 44, 119 E. Division St., Brownstown, was arrested on May 31 on a charge of disorderly conduct. Bond was $1,000.
• Jennifer E. Beesley, 30, 319 W. North St., Brownstown, was arrested on May 30 on a charge of domestic battery. She was turned over to Illinois Department of Corrections authorities on a possible parole violation.
• Brandi L. Smithson, 19, 917 N. Olive St., St. Elmo, was arrested on May 30 on a charge of disorderly conduct. Bond was $1,000.
