• Bobbi J. Forbes, 29, 215 N. Locust St., St. Elmo, turned herself in on Jan. 4 on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of allowing junk on her property. Bond was $145.
• Shaw M. Wheat, 41, 1410 W. St. Louis Ave., Vandalia, was arrested on Jan. 3 for failure to appear in court on a charge of theft. Bond was $3,500.
• Akeelan L. Paulette, 21, Cahokia, was arrested on Jan. 3 on charges of driving while his license is suspended and speeding. Bond was $1,500.
