• Ryan K. Borbely, 21, 920 W. Edwards St., Vandalia, was arrested on Jan. 18 on a charge of disorderly conduct/breach of peace. Bond was $1,000.
• David L. Huddlestun, 25, Herrick, was arrested on Jan. 17 on a charge of possession of drug equipment. Bond was $1,500.
• Jennifer D. Cottrell-Jagels, 44, Granite City, was arrested on Jan. 17 on charges of driving while her license is suspended or revoked and violating Scott’s Law. Bond was $1,500.
