• Valerie L. Paulding, 22, Taylorville, turned herself in on Dec. 28 on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a sex abuse charge. Bond was $5,000.
• Joshua L. Shellenbarger, 22, 612 S. Sixth St., Vandalia, was arrested on Dec. 27 on a charge of battery of an adult. Bond was $1,000.
• Nathan L. Gaffner, 21, 1226 W. Edwards St., Vandalia, was arrested on Dec. 27 for failure to appear in court on a charge of illegal transportation of alcohol. Bond was $3,500.
• Gerald R. Stine, 18, RR 2, Vandalia, was arrested on Dec. 26 on a charge of driving while his license is suspended or revoked. Bond was $1,500.
• Alberto O. Perez, 23, Mexico, was arrested on Dec. 26 on a charge of driving without a valid license. Bond was $1,500.
• William L. Carter, 18, 120 Southview Drive, Vandalia, was arrested on Dec. 25 for failure to appear in court on a traffic charge. Bond was $4,000.
• Tammy S. Strader, 45, RR 2, Vandalia, was arrested on Dec. 24 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and criminal damage to state-supported property. Bond was $3,000.
• Franklin D. Huddlestun, 21, 311 S. Superior St., Apt. U0, Ramsey, was arrested on Dec. 24 for failure to appear in court. Bond was $2,500.
• Ibn A. Barker, 21, Newark, N.J., was arrested on Dec. 24 on charges of driving while his license is suspended and speeding. Bond was $1,500.
• Anthony P. Stasiak, 40, 223 Third St., Ramsey, was arrested on Dec. 22 on charges of aggravated battery, aggravated battery of a peace officer and breach of peace. Bond was $50,000.
• Ginger A. Davis, 49, 710 Burtschi St., Vandalia, was arrested on Dec. 22 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, operation of a motor vehicle with expired registration and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was $3,000.
• Ashley A. Mitchell, 18, 112 Sangamon Ave., Vandalia, was arrested on Dec. 22 on a charge of disorderly conduct. Bond was $1,000.
• Anna L. Madeker, 27, Effingham, was arrested on Dec. 22 on a charge of violating an order of protection. Bond was $2,500.
