• Luyu Wang, 52, El Monte, Calif., was arrested on July 26 on a charge of driving while his license is suspended or revoked. Bond was $1,500.
• Melissa C. Stevens, 33, RR 2, St. Elmo, was arrested on July 26 on a charge of disorderly conduct. Bond was $1,000.
• Ashley S. Pittenger, 19, RR 3, Vandalia, was arrested on July 25 for failure to appear in court on two misdemeanor charges. Bond was $3,500.
• Jason L. Phillips, 31, Salem, was arrested on July 25 for failure to appear in court on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was $3,000.
