• Greg M. Liggett, 42, Alma, was arrested on Aug. 23 for failure to appear in Macon County court on a charge of driving while his license is suspended. Bond was $5,000.
• Joseph A. Barker, 29, 2224 Berg Trail, Fillmore, was arrested on Aug. 22 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Bond was $3,000.
• Jan S. Jameson, 39, Harvey, was arrested on Aug. 22 on charges of driving while license was suspended or revoked and speeding. Bond was $1,500.
