• Mitchell R. Dunigan, 21, Nokomis, was arrested on Feb. 25 on charges of home invasion, mob action and criminal trespass to a residence. No bond information was listed.
• Todd L. Parke, 38, RR 3, Vandalia, was arrested on Feb. 25 on charges of driving while his license is suspended or revoked and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was $1,500.
