• Georgia M. Hicks, 30, 815 S. Poplar St., Vandalia, was arrested on Dec. 15 for failure to appear in court on a felony charge. Bond was $5,000.
• Tilda J. Kahle, 36, 1410 W. St. Louis Ave., Vandalia, turned herself in on Dec. 24 for failure to appear in court in Montgomery County court on a charge of deceptive practices. Bond was $2,000.
• A 17-year-old Ramsey resident was arrested on Dec. 23 on a charge of aggravated battery. Bond was $5,000.
