• Melody A. Younker, 25, 522 N. Fifth St., Vandalia, was arrested on Dec. 10 for failure to appear in Effingham County court on a small claims matter. Bond was $250 cash.
• Nathan L. Gaffner, 23, RR 3, Vandalia, was arrested on Dec. 9 for failure to appear in court on a small claims matter. Bond was $150 cash.
