• Derick J. Castic, 25, 314 N. Ash St., St. Elmo, was arrested on Nov. 12 for failure to appear in court on traffic charges and in a civil case. Bond was $5,200.
• Isaiah Fletcher, 23, 1164 Massachusetts, Mulberry Grove, was arrested on Nov. 10 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was $10,000.
