• Melvin C. Eller, 30, RR 1, Ramsey, was arrested on Nov. 5 on a charge of retail theft (two counts). Bond was $1,000.
• Shawn E. Allen, 32, RR 1, Ramsey, was arrested on Nov. 5 for failure to appear in court on a small claims matter. Bond was $70 cash.
• Amber N. Ashworth, 24, 1603 W. Madison St., Vandalia, was arrested on Nov. 5 on a warrant for retail theft. Bond was $2,500.
