• Floyd C. Crisman, 39, Tamms, was arrested on Aug. 27 on a warrant for home invasion, aggravated battery and battery. Bond was $150,000.
• William M. Peters, 25, 626 S. Locust St., Vandalia, was arrested on Aug. 26 on charges of driving while his license is revoked or suspended and driving an all-terrain vehicle on a roadway. Bond was $1,500.
• Zack C. Resner, 17, Effingham, was arrested on Aug. 26 on charges of reckless driving and fleeing or attempting to elude police. He was released on a notice to appear in court.
