• Wyatt A. Summann, 19, 1339 Mulberry Grove Road, Mulberry Grove, was arrested on April 20 on a charge of possession of stolen property more than $500. Bond was $35,000.
• George W. Morefield, 45, Edwards, was arrested on April 20 on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding. Bond was $3,000.
• Brittany K. Yokley, 23, 211 N. Kennedy Blvd., Vandalia, was arrested on April 19 for failure to appear in Effingham County court on a charge of retail theft. Bond was $3,000, and she was transported to Effingham County.
• Jody J. Ginger, 38, 107 W. Main St., Ramsey, was arrested on April 18 on charges of driving without a valid license and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle.
• Brett M. Madeker, 35, 316 W. Fourth St., St. Elmo, was arrested on April 18 for failure to appear in court on a small claims matter. Bond was $250 cash.
• Bobby J. Bolyard, 27, RR 1, Vandalia, was arrested on April 18 on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was $5,000.
• Amanda L. Allen, 24, Taylorville, was arrested on April 17 for failure to appear in court on a felony charge. Bond was $5,000.
• Shaw M. Wheat, 45, RR 1, Ramsey, was arrested on April 17 on charges of driving while his license is suspended or revoked, expired registration and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was $1,500.
• Angelica C. Gonzalez, 23, Aurora, was arrested on April 16 on a charge of residential burglary. Bond was $50,000.
• John E. Stilt, 39, 502 S. Seventh St., Vandalia, turned himself in on a warrant for failure to appear in court. Bond was $500 cash.
• John D. Shelton, 31, RR 1, Vandalia, was arrested on April 16 on a Clay County charge of financial institution fraud/insufficient funds. Bond was $10,000.
