• Nicholas E. Parker, 20, RR 1, St. Elmo, was arrested on July 9 for failure to appear in court on a charge of operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was $2,500.
• Floriberto Anselmo, 27, Laurel, Miss., was arrested on July 9 on charges of driving without a valid license, driving while his license is suspended and speeding. Bond was $1,200.
