• Benjamin J. Calvert, 24, 300 Capitol Pointe, Vandalia, was arrested on June 4 on a charge of theft more than $500 and for failure to appear in court on a traffic charge. Bond was $15,000.
• Jeremy L. Berner, 35, RR 2, Ramsey, was arrested on June 4 for failure to appear in Montgomery County court on a charge of operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Bond was $2,000.
• Michelle M. Marshall, 41, 308 N. Fifth St., Vandalia, was arrested on June 3 for failure to appear in court. Bond was $2,500.
• Jeffrey E. Taylor, 20, 1230 Shelley Drive, Vandalia, was arrested on June 3 for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge. Bond was $2,500.

• Jody L. Tinker, 41, 1018 W. Tower St., Vandalia, was arrested on June 8 for failure to appear in court on a felony charge. Bond was $5,000, and she was released on a notice to appear in court.
• Anthony P. Stasiak, 43, Granite City, was arrested on June 9 for failure to appear in court. Bond was $2,500.
• Michelle L. Olson, 37, 303 N. Pine St., St. Elmo, was arrested on June 9 on charges of possession of a controlled substance and retail theft. No bond information was listed.
