• Melinda S. Denning, 52, 1223 N. 1175, Vandalia, was arrested on Feb. 16 for failure to appear in court on a small claims matter. Bond was $125 cash.
• Joseph D. Cross Jr., 34, 711 W. Washington St., Farina, was arrested on Feb. 15 on a Clay County warrant on a charge of possession of less than 15 grams of a methamphetamine precursor. Bond was $30,000, and he was extradited to Clay County.
• Kody A. Moore, 19, Oconee, was arrested on Feb.1 5 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane usage. Bond was $3,000.
• Sabrina Cross, 39, 711 W. Washington St., Farina, was arrested on Feb. 15 on a Clay County warrant on a charge of possession of less than 15 grams of a methamphetamine precursor. Bond was $30,000, and she was extradited to Clay County.

• Jerrad R. Simpson, 25, 1138 W. Edwards St., Vandalia, was arrested on Feb. 14 for failure to appear in court on a charge of retail theft. Bond was $2,500.
• Shannon N. Lambert, 34, Shelbyville, was arrested on Feb. 14 for failure to appear in court on a traffic charge. Bond was $2,500.
• Jonathan C. Ashbaugh, 39, 910 N. Walnut St., St. Elmo, turned himself in on Feb. 13 on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of domestic battery. Bond was $2,500.
• Willie L. Davis, 28, St. Louis, Mo., was arrested on Feb. 13 for failure to appear in court on a charge of retail theft. Bond was $7,500, and he was released on a personal recognizance bond.
• Joshua A. Zinkgraf, 25, 928 N. Second St., Vandalia, was arrested on Feb. 13 on an alleged probation violation. Bond was $125,000.
