• Gregory P. Hays, 18, 817 W. Edwards St., Vandalia, was arrested on June 5 on charges of reckless driving, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle, driving without headlights and improper lane usage. Bond was $2,000.
• Terry D. Richards, 45, 203 N. North St., Brownstown, was arrested on June 4 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, improper lane usage and disobeying a stop sign. Bond was $3,000.
