• Larry D. Weischedel, 34, 1709 W. St. Clair St., Vandalia, was arrsested on April 3 on a charge of driving while his license is suspended or revoked. Bond was $1,500.
• Billy D. Louvierre, 40, Hobart, Ind., was arrested on April 2 on a charge of driving while his license is suspended. Bond was $1,500.
• Fred Kophazy, 58, 1524B Oak Valley Road, Ramsey, was arrested on April 2 for failure to appear in court on a small claims matter. Bond was $250 cash.
