Noah A. Kozak, 19, 630 S. Fifth St., Vandalia, was arrested on Feb. 20 for failure to appear in court. Bond was $2,500.
• Hunter W. Haaz, 26, 985 E. 2500 Ave., Ramsey, was arrested on Feb. 19 on charges of violating child sex offender registration and unlawful use or possession of a weapon. He was released on a $15,000 personal recognizance bond.
• Joseph E. Meyer, 54, 726 Pineview Drive, Ramsey, was arrested on Feb. 19 on charges of possession of methamphetamine, driving while his license is suspended or revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia and improper parking on a roadway. He was released on a $25,000 personal recognizance bond.
• Adrian E. Mitchell, 27, 310 N. Elm St., St. Elmo, was arrested on Feb. 19 for failure to appear in court. Bond was $2,500.
• Lucas W. Frailey, 23, 1053 E. 1000 Ave., Shobonier, was arrested on Feb. 18 for contempt of court. Bond was $400 cash.
