• Stacie J. Willis, 42, 633 S. Front St., Ramsey, was arrested on Sept. 19 on charges of forgery and theft less than $500. She was released at the order of the state’s attorney’s office.
• Veronica S. Taylor, 36, Effingham, was arrested on Sept. 19 on charges of driving while her license is suspended or revoked and speeding. Bond was $1,500.
• Eric M. Sidwell, 20, 211 S. College St., Brownstown, was arrested on Sept. 19 for failure to appear in court. Bond was $5,000.
