See You at the Pole
Several students, faculty and community residents participated in the recent "See You at the Pole" activity at Vandalia Community High School.
The event, part of a national student-led movement, involves students meeting around their school flagpole to pray for their school and their community on the last Wednesday in September. In the first photo, VCHS senior Jacob Johnson leads the singing of a song during the event. In the second photo, a group of students and community members gather in a circle to pray. A similar event was held at Vandalia Junior High School.
