Engel Brothers Ford in Farina and South Central High School are partnering from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. this Saturday to help raise up to $6,000 in support of SC Athletes and Future Business Leaders of America members as part of Ford Motor Company’s Drive One 4 UR School program.
Members of the South Central community will have the opportunity to raise money for the organizations by test-driving a Ford or Lincoln vehicle. For every person who test-drives a vehicle, Ford Motor Co. and Engel Brothers Ford will donate $20 to South Central High School Athletes and FBLA.
You will test drive with a parent or teacher from South Central. Complimentary donuts, coffee, hot dogs, chips and soda will be served throughout the day.
Participants must be 18 or older and have a valid driver’s license. There is a limit of one test-drive per household.
Contact the high school office at 245-2222 as soon as possible if you can work a one-hour shift from noon-4 p.m. or if you need further information about the fundraiser.
Especially needed are parent volunteers who scan ride with those who will test drive.
