Erin Schaub’s refrigerator served as motivation after seven months of triathalon training began to wear on her.
The Brownstown resident and Vandalia Community High School graduate posted her entry receipt for the Ford Ironman in Louisville, Ky., where she would see it every day to remind her that the training would someday pay off.
“The last month, I had really been getting burnt out on training,” Schuab said.
“I was really ready for it to be here and ready to do it.”
