Tracy Rohlfing, formerly of Vandalia, recently graduated with a doctor of education degree from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, Calif.
Rohlfing taught in both Brownstown and Vandalia.
Her dissertation topic, “California Female Superintendents with Longevity,” explored the leadership qualities of female superintendents who had five or more years tenure in their current positions, which resulted in 10 common leadership trends.
Rohlfing is currently employed with the Los Angeles County Office of Education.
