Owen-Miller
The Owen-Miller reunion will  be held at noon on Sunday, Aug. 19, at the Phillips Building on U.S. Route 40 in St. Elmo.
All relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Meyer and Magnus
The annual Fred J. Meyer and Magnus reunion will be held at noon on Sunday, Aug. 19, at St. Peter Village Hall.
All relatives and friends are invited to attend.

Brazle-Grandfield
On July 14, the home of Vernon and Judy Brazle in rural Brownstown was the gathering place for 60 descendants and family connections of Fred and Lula Brazle, and Lew and Kate Grandfield.
Attendees represented 15 communities in eight states.
Coming from out of state were: Revis and Rogene Brazle of Ladoga, Ind.; Kenneth and Gail Brazle, Christy Dickerson, Tyler and Conner Knight of Cadiz, Ky.; Bev Atchley of Kirkwood, Mo.; Orville “Buzz” and Vickye Blatherwick of Albuquerque, N.M.; Carol and Josh Guess of Collinville, Okla.; Vernon Lee, Janet, Madeleine, Clara and Wesley of Murfreesbobo, Tenn.; and Ed, Joanna and Nathan Brazle of Virginia Beach, Va.
Illinois residents attending included Wayne and Roseann Blatherwick of Chicago; Mike, Allyson and Ember Addams, Michael, Lindsay Madeline and Lilly Babcock, and Mitchell Smith of Charleston; Dusty, Jennifer, Dallas, Hunter, Mackinley and Allyvia Hickox of Casey, Wayne and Glenda Arnold of Beecher City; Sharon Durbin of St. Eimo, Brian, Keri and Adam Buscher, Mary Gebke, Lugene Fisher, and Samuel and Brody Miller of Vandalia; Larry and Linda Cunningham, Howard and Carol Koester, Wilma Kruger, Delbert Miller, Frank and Shelley Rook, Terry and Susan Smith, Joann Strobel, and Sheryl, Vernon and Judy Brazle of the Brownstown/Sefton area.

Finley
The Finley family reunion will be held on Sunday, with the time and place being changed. The reunion will be held at 1 p.m. at Ponderosa Steakhouse in Vandalia.

Haslett
The Haslett family reunion will be held on Sunday in the recreation building at First Church of God in St. Elmo.
Dinner will be at 12:30 p.m. Drinks and table service will be provided; those attending are asked to take a covered dish.

Dothager
The annual Dothager family reunion will be held on Sunday at the Pleasant Mound Community Center.
A potluck lunch will be held at 1 p.m. Those attending are asked to take their own table service and a covered dish.

Lilly-Wright
The annual Lilly-Wright reunion will be held on Saturday, Aug. 25, at the First Church of God SHED, 412 N. Walnut St., St. Elmo.
A potluck dinner is at noon, with fried chicken, drinks and tableware to be provided.
Those attending are asked to take covered dishes.
A business meeting and white elephant sale will follow the meal. Those attending are asked to take sale items the day of the reunion. Births, deaths, marriages and other information will be recorded on the day of the reunion.
A raffle for a cross-stitch picture will be held, with tickets $1 each and six for $5.

Kleinink
The annual Kleinik family reunion will be held on Sunday, Aug. 26, in the east pavilion at Patriots Park in Greenville.
A potluck dinner will begin at noon. Those attending are asked to take covered dishes and lawn chairs.

Sefton
The annual Southern Illinois Sefton reunion will be held on Saturday at the Liberty Christian Church Fellowship Hall, with a potluck meal to be held at noon.
Drinks and table service will be provided. The church is located five miles north of Brownstown.

Darnell
The annual Darnell reunion will be held this Sunday at the Liberty Christian Church Fellowship Hall, with a potluck meal to be held at noon.
Drinks and table service will be provided. The church is located five miles north of Brownstown.

Clymer
The 72nd Clymer family reunion will be held at noon in the big pavilion in Rogier Park on West Fillmore Street in Vandalia.
Family and friends are invited to attend. Those attended are asked to take covered dishes.

Springman
The 50th annual Frank and Maude Springman reunion was held at the First Church of God SHED on Sunday, July 22.
Those present were: Dave and Arlene Lynch, Phyllis McElheney, Gerard and Nancy Frey, Haley, Levi and Grace Frey, John and Liz Bantner, Richard Springman, D.J. and Travis Hansen, Zach Roof, Russ and Bev Schwarm, Eldon and Elanor Hammel, Frank Springman, Michael Springman, Russell Springman, Marilyn Calvert, Scott, Shelly and Andrew Reynolds, Stacey, Brad, Eli, Abram and Laela Austin, David and Stephanie Stair, Scott and Amy Minix, Kaden Tish, Jaxson Tish, Bill and Betty Springman, Mary Wright and Crystal Lucas, Kiley Meyers and Ronald Springman, Gina Hummel, Courtney South, Iris R. Hall, Susan and Herb Wodtke, Misty Wodtke, Stephanie Blackwell, Brandi Oakley, Hayden Buie, Daryl Calvert, Charlie Springman, Charles and Betty Britt, Greg and Janet Goldsboro, Christian W. Despite the triple-digit heat wave, those attending enjoyed the basketball playing, the air-conditioning, and good food and visiting.
