Red Cross Honors Craig

At its annual meeting on June 5 in Alton, the Southwestern Illinois Chapter of the American Red Cross presented a Community Partnership Award to Kendra Craig, the Fayette County Emergency  Management Agency coordinator.

The award was given for Craig's efforts and assistance with disasters in the county and also for her work during the May 10 fire at High School Apartments in Vandalia. Also recognized were local police and fire departments, as well as Mike Critcheloe and Mike Kopp with the Vandalia Community Unit School District.
