A Vandalia man has been sentenced to nine years in prison on a methamphetamine charge.
Michael P. Ambuehl, 23, pleaded guilty on Monday to an amended charge of aggravated participation in methamphetamine manufacturing.
The reduced charge filed by the office of Fayette County State’s Attorney Joshua Morrison alleged that Ambuehl participated in the manufacture of up to 400 grams of methamphetamine in a structure in which a person under the age of 18 was present.
