Extension Foundation dinner is April 7

The Fayette County Extension Foundation will hold a spaghetti dinner from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. on Sunday, April 7, at the Brownstown Elementary School cafeteria.
The meal will include spaghetti with meat sauce, salad, breadsticks, homemade dessert and drink. Tickets for 13 years of age and up are $7 each, and tickets for children ages 5-12 years of age are $4 each; children under 5 eat free.
Tickets may be purchased from any 4-H member in Fayette County or by contacting the Fayette County Extension office at 118 N. 6th St., Vandalia or by calling 283-2753. Tickets will also be available at the door.
The Fayette County Extension Foundation is a non-profit organization who conducts fundraising in support of 4-H and Extension in Fayette County.  Donations to the Foundation are tax-deductible.  

Relay for Life vendors solicited

The Relay for Life of Fayette County is looking for local vendors and businesses who wish to set up booths at Relay on June 1 in Rogier Park at the top of the Lincoln Loop Walking Trail.
The event will start at noon and run until midnight.
Vendors and businesses are asked to make a donation to Relay For Life of Fayette County. Requests for spaces need to be made by May 1.
