A judge ruled last week that a Farina man should go to trial on a charge of trying to arrange for the murder of his wife.
Mark G. Fulk, 35, has been in Fayette County Jail since April 5, one day after authorities were told that he allegedly arranged to have someone kill his wife.
Judge James Roberts ruled that Fulk should face trial on the Class X felony at the conclusion of a preliminary hearing last Wednesday afternoon in Fayette County Circuit Court.
