The trial for a Farina man accused of attempting to hire someone to kill his wife has been postponed for two months.
At the conclusion of a hearing in Fayette County Circuit Court last Wednesday, Judge Douglas Jarman agreed to delay the trial for Mark G. Fulk until April 28.
The trial for Fulk, who was charged last April with solicitation of murder for hire, was originally set to begin next Monday.
