A murder for hire case was closed on Tuesday afternoon with the defendant in that case being found guilty of disorderly conduct in a bench trial.
Mark Fulk, who has been in Fayette County Jail for 383 days since being charged with trying to arrange for the murder of his wife, was released from custody after Tuesday afternoon's hearing.
Fulk was placed on probation for 30 months after Judge J. Marc Kelly found him guilty of a Class 4 felony charge of disorderly conduct.
