Moore-Chappel

Kimberley Moore of Patoka and Ryan Chappel of Vandalia were united in marriage on Saturday, July 10, 2010, at the home of her parents by the pond, officiated by John Klockenga.  
The bride is the daughter of Douglas and Puanani Moore of Patoka.
She chose Sarah Payne, Ashley Towler and Laura Thoman, all friends of the bride, and Megan Chappel, sister of the groom, as her bridesmaids.
The groom is the son of Ernie and Tammy Chappel and Diane Chappel, all of Vandalia.
Groomsmen were Christopher Chappel, brother of the groom; Mitch Casey and Montt Beckett, friends of the groom; and Melissa Chappel, sister of the groom.
Cyle and Destiny Moore, niece and nephew of the bride, handed out programs.
Joseph Moore, brother of the bride, and Jeremy Vonderhaar, cousin of the groom, were the ushers.
Music was provided by Matthew Adermann, friend of the couple.
A reception was held following the ceremony at the Patoka American Legion.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Patoka High School and will receive a bachelor’s degree in nursing in December 2010. She is currently employed at St. Louis University Hospital in St. Louis and the U.S. Air Force Reserves, Scott AFB.
The groom is a 2000 graduate of Vandalia Community High School. He is currently employed as a union carpenter for McBride and Sons, St. Louis.
The couple resides in Fairview Heights.
